Steven Schnur, MD

CEO - BOARD EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dr. Schnur is a brilliant businessman and community leader; he is a Board Certified Family Physician who specializes in Internal Medicine. Dr. Schnur trained at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He has been involved in the health care industry since 1991. During his entire career, his focus has been innovation and the creation of thinking models geared to becoming better, faster.

His latest project Imhealthytoday, is a turn-key program combining a robust national clinical network, COVID-19 testing, testing protocol, online assessment, and monitoring program with the latest guidance to reopen businesses safely.

Andy Jacobson

COO - BOARD CO-CHAIR

Andy Jacobson is a leading entrepreneur and innovator in the nation’s telemedicine industry. Through his vision and leadership as founder and chief executive officer of 1.800MD LLC.

Prior to launching 1.800MD, Mr. Jacobson spent more than 19 years in the employee benefits and insurance industry holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, management, product design, pricing and underwriting at The Paul Revere Insurance Group and Guarantee Life Insurance Company. In 1999, Mr. Jacobson co-founded and served as managing partner for the Meridian Companies, an employee benefit wholesale distribution and single-source administration company.

CHIEF MEDICAL ADVISOR

In his role of Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Krichmar provides oversight for the development of Imhealthytoday clinical and medical affairs and health care strategy.
Dr. Krichmar is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician, as well as a Cardiologist trained at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
Dr. Krichmar gained national recognition in the past for being the host of a Public Television show called Healthy Body Healthy Mind. Dr. Krichmar has been involved in the healthcare industry since 1991.

Kenneth Ratzan, MD

INFECTIOUS DISEASE SPECIALIST & ADVISOR

Dr. Kenneth Ratzan is the Chief of Infectious Diseases and the Hospital Epidemiologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ratzan joined the University of Miami Department of Medicine in 1972 and Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1975. Dr. Ratzan’s expertise is in general infectious disease including HIV and hepatitis.

He is a Professor of Medicine at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.

As the CEO of World Insurance Association, Inc., he has been advising private K-12 schools since 1995 through Educator Resources, a subsidiary that works exclusively with private K-12 Schools. He is also a partner in Campus Benefits, LLC, a specialty brokerage consultancy serving public school systems and municipalities in the southeast United States.

Lori Shrader is Chief Educator for the ImHealthyToday Schools Program. 

Her professional experience includes leadership roles at companies like FedEx, Stewart Title, and Cox Enterprises in the areas of accounting, audit & fraud investigation. 

Lori is skilled in risk assessment, process management, and developing workable solutions for clients with unique needs, such as COVID-19 opening strategies. Lori is co-author of the “SOS – Stay Open Strategies” series for K-12 leaders.

Bill Pope, D. Min., is President of Educator-Resources, an employee benefits & special risk products provider to thousands of private K-12 schools in all 50 states. 

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Bill’s expertise extends to unique program design for faith-based schools, churches and mission sending organizations. 

He travels globally for speaker panels and leadership groups with carriers and vendors in the insurance and benefits industry.
